Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with every order but we know sometimes things go wrong. While we don’t offer cash refunds, but we’re happy to help you with exchanges if something’s not right with your order. If you receive the damaged item, wrong product, or your order was not delivered to you so don’t worry, we will take care of it for you.
To Be Eligible For Return
We only accept returns if you receive the wrong item or a damaged product. If it happens, please contact us on the same day you receive the package with a clear photo/video of the item (if damaged or wrong) and order number. Our exchange and return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of purchase. If 3 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer an exchange.
To return your item, please contact us at [email protected]. You can also contact us on WhatsApp. You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping cost. Once we receive and check the item, we’ll email you to confirm if your return is approved or rejected(based on our policy). If it is approved, then we’ll proceed with the exchange.
Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We Don't Accept Refunds If
- You changed your mind
- You opened or used the product
- It was a sale item or purchased with a discount code
- You did not request a return within 3 days with a valid reason.
For hygiene reasons, skincare items must be unopened and unused.
